Copyright Office website, FamezHub will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the FamezHub website located at https://famezhub.com/.
1. Editorial and Fair Use Notice
FamezHub is a biographical and entertainment news platform dedicated to the coverage of Bollywood actresses, their careers, lifestyles, and upcoming projects.
The use of limited, low-resolution images, movie stills, and video snippets on this site is strictly for educational, biographical, news-reporting, and commentary purposes. We believe this constitutes a “Fair Use” of any such copyrighted material as provided for in Section 107 of the US Copyright Law.
2. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Agent.
For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information when notifying us:

4. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that the material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a written counter-notice containing the following information to the Designated Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Repeat Infringers
FamezHub reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access to the site for any users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
6. Good Faith Considerations
Before submitting a claim, we kindly ask copyright holders to consider the nature of “Fair Use” regarding biographical commentary and entertainment news. FamezHub does not monetize or claim ownership of official celebrity photographs and uses them solely to support editorial storytelling about the actress’s life and career.
